Netman™ is the complete wireless solution for quality on-site mobile video streaming. After its success at the Cannes Film Festival and the
24 hours of Spa Franchorchamps, Telemak is now expanding its configuration to a wider public. The complete mobility of the system allows the camera to be taken to
the event (behind the scenes) instead of forcing the event to go to the camera. The small size allows for interactive chat sessions with streaming video from
anywhere at the event.
How it works
The Netman™ is a portable wireless live streaming solution. It uses a strong harness to carry a laptop computer, linked up with a digital camera and a wireless network. It sends a live encoded stream to the Internet or intranet, through a media server. The audience watching this live stream can then ask questions to the interviewee through the Netman. This is how interactivity is created between the broadcaster and audience.
